Ekokemica.asia has a quality control process before packaging to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, but occasionally, oversights may occur. We want our customers to love the products from Ekokemica.asia and have the best possible experience. If you have received a product and feel that it does not meet your needs or you are not satisfied (provided the product has not been used, is not dirty or scratched, includes the original box, authenticity seals, traceability, accompanying gifts, and within 14 days from the date of successful delivery), the company is willing to refund the purchase amount to the customer.

Return/Exchange Process and Method:

Return Process:

Ekokemica.asia’s refund and return policy lasts for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, Ekokemica.asia cannot offer you a refund.

Return Method:

Customers need to provide the reason for return, photographic evidence, phone number, and address so that Ekokemica.asia staff can efficiently and quickly process your return/exchange request as per your requirements. Cases eligible for return:
– The product delivered does not match the product ordered by the customer.
– Goods are damaged, scratched, or dented.
– If the customer wishes to return or exchange for reasons not mentioned above, please contact our hotline: 0981851845 for support.

On Exchange Issues:

All costs arising from the return/exchange of products will be fully covered by our company.

Notes When Returning Products:

Requirements for Returned Goods:
– Products must be unused, intact with original labels, authenticity and traceability seals, and all parts as per original specifications (except for products damaged or defective during transport).
– Customers must retain proof of purchase from Ekokemica.asia.
– Products must include all intact accessories (protective box, brand labels, etc.) and any accompanying gifts (if any).

Note:
– To return a product, customers should include all accessories and gifts as originally received.
– Depending on the area, the time for product exchange/return may vary.

Refund:

Refund Process:

When your returned item is received and inspected, Ekokemica.asia will send you a message/email to notify you that your return has been received. Ekokemica.asia will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, the refund will be transferred to your account within 14 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. After checking, you may contact Ekokemica.asia directly via hotline 0981851845 for the fastest support.
