This means that when you receive the goods from the delivery personnel, you are allowed to open the package to visually inspect the product before making payment.

– If the delivery staff asks you to sign a co-inspection confirmation report (which means you acknowledge that you have checked and received all products), you should fully exercise your rights under Ekokemica.asia’s co-inspection policy before signing.
– If during inspection you find that the product is incorrect or shows signs of damage, you have the right to refuse receipt of the goods.
