All complaints from customers are resolved on the basis of negotiation. In case a satisfactory agreement cannot be reached, either party has the right to bring the matter before the competent State Authority for resolution.
If an incident occurs due to our fault, we will immediately take the necessary measures to ensure the rights of the customer.

Article 3: Implementation Procedure
Step 1: Submit Complaint
Customers submit complaints regarding services or rights not fully ensured to Ekokemica.asia via the methods specified above.
Step 2: Receive and Process Complaint
Ekokemica.asia will receive customer complaints and proceed to verify the information.
Step 3: Respond to Customer
Ekokemica.asia will respond with the results of complaint resolution to the customer within 03 working days from the date of completion of verification and information processing.
Ekokemica.asia will strive to verify information and resolve complaints quickly and promptly to ensure customer rights. In cases beyond the capacity and authority of Ekokemica.asia, we will request the customer to bring the matter to the competent State Authority for resolution in accordance with the law.
